Sponsorship Opportunities

Why sponsor Dark Winter Nights?

  • We are a Fairbanks-based non-profit and all contributions are tax deductible
  • Our goal is to celebrate Alaska and share what life is like here with the world through our live events, radio program, podcast, and more
  • The New York Times called us the “Best winter podcast for storytelling lovers”
  • Our podcast has had nearly 1/4 Million listens from around the world since 2022
  • Started in 2014, we have become an Alaskan institution
  • Our stories have aired nationally on Public Radio’s Weekend Edition
  • Our live events consistently sell-out our 1300 seat venue before doors even open
  • Our radio show airs monthly on KUAC-FM from September to May
  • Our e-Newsletter goes out to approximately 2500 fans
  • We currently earn modest revenue through ticket sales, but need sponsorship to expand our ability to serve all of Alaska and keep our ticket prices low at the same time
  • Your support will be used to help cover our event production fees as well as travel expenses for Alaska storytellers coming from outside of Fairbanks. We are Alaska’s storytelling show and we want people from all over Alaska to be able to share their stories with us
