As part of our “Tongue Terror” episode, Dark Winter Nights host Rob Prince tries out sticking his tongue to a flagpole in winter.  Turns out it works!…really well!

Live event announced!

goosepoopI am excited to announce the date for our first live event in two years!  It will be Saturday, April 14 at 7:00pm.  Tickets will go on sale Friday, March 23rd.  We have about half of our storytellers confirmed right now, so we’re still looking for more!  If you’ve ever wanted to experience sharing your story on stage at Dark Winter Nights (or know someone with an incredible story the world needs to hear), submit your story now!

Rob is back!

product-service-3

Hey Everyone!  I’m back from my yearlong academic sabbatical in Michigan and I’m working with the Dark Winter Nights team to set up our next big live show!  While I was away I achieved my dream of buying a DeLorean sports car and shot a documentary about driving it all the way back to Alaska.  You can find a link to the film’s website at backtoalaska.com!

We need stories for our next live event!  If you’ve got one, or know someone who does, submit it now!  Thanks!

Season three of our radio program kicks off THIS SATURDAY at 7:00pm on KUAC-FM!  Tune in!

Welcome to the site reboot

Hello everyone! Welcome to the rebooted Dark Winter Nights website. For years the website just redirected to my personal website (professorprince.com) and I’ve finally found the time to split the two. However, I know just enough about web design to be UNBELIEVABLY dangerous, so if you have any issues with the site, please feel free to email me and I’ll address them ASAP. Thanks for visiting!
